On Saturday, March 24th the legendary documentary filmmaker Albert Maysles will be in Montpelier to introduce screenings of several of his best films at the Green Mountain Film Festival. Included among these is his classic film about the Rolling Stones at Altamont, "Gimme Shelter", showing at 9:15 PM. I haven't seen this film on the big screen since college & would love to see it again & possibly ask Al a few questions.
If anyone is interested in going, let me know so I can buy tickets. They are $7.50 each and I'm sure they'll sell out soon. I have room for three people in my car so first come, first serve.
