TANNER McCUIN, VINYL GURU

Congrats to Mr. Highgate himself on being the first coherent, even erudite, hipster ever interviewed by WCAX news. Nice work Mr. Hollywood!

OMG.
I was hoping no one watched local news anymore... busted. That was so awkward, i liked when he asked me "Where did you first start getting into vinyl..." i was like... "When i used to work at an indie record store... much like this one..."

i think now that your knowledge & face is out there, you should consider running for public office.

Hey, it was just nice to see your face somewhere other than on Vermont Sex Offenders' website or those posters at the post office.

I was at Pure Pop today and you inspired me to go vinyl--picked up Feist's "The Reminder", White Stripes "White Blood Cells" and (my personal favorite) Animal Collective's "Feels" on the big ol' plastic discs. I really wanted the Sunn O & Boris "Altar" set, but $30 was a bit out of my price range.

Pure Pop's vinyl selection is getting better & better, but I really wish they had a better selection of Jazz vinyl.
