The crusty ol' curmudgeon himself, Lou Reed, made a surprise guest appearance last night at the Bright Eyes show in NYC. Bright Eyes? C'mon Lou; this is almost as bad as Robert Smith playing with Korn.
Apparently Connor Oberst must have promised to throw a few of Lou's tai-chi videos on the Bright Eyes merch table during his tour...I can't think of another explanation.
